Thank you for shopping with GL3Designs. We want you to love what you order — and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Returns for Physical Products

If you’re not satisfied with a physical item you purchased, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gl3designs.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges. You’ll be notified via email once your refund is processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap for a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.

Digital Products (STL Files)

All sales of digital downloads are final. Due to the nature of STL files, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.
